As Seen On:
Why Nursing Nerds?
Because the NCLEX doesn't ask what you've read — it asks what you'd do.
So everything here is built for that moment: 2,400 exam-style questions where every answer is explained, a 3D body you can turn and tap, and a plan that tells you exactly what to study next.
All on your phone, in the minutes you actually have.
- 2,400 practice questions
- 97 atlas structures
- 16 books included
- 5 flashcard decks
Practice
Every wrong answer, explained
Exam-style questions across every NCLEX-RN area. Pick the wrong one and you see exactly why it was wrong — and why the right answer wins — not just which letter was correct.
- 2,400 questions, all with full rationales
- 479 select-all-that-apply, the format that sinks people
- Timed mock exams of 25, 50 or 75 questions

The setups are drawn with the units written in, so you can see the units cancel instead of trusting that they do. That one visual change is the whole difference for me. I stopped losing points on conversions.

No talking down. Just the material, drawn clearly, like the person who made it assumed I'm smart and busy. That's all I wanted.
3D atlas
A 3D body you can turn and tap
Spin the body, peel back a layer, tap any structure — and read why the exam cares: where to listen, where to inject, what to check first.
- 97 structures with full entries
- 77 flagged high-yield for the exam
- 141 critical actions you can't scroll past

My program gives us 180-slide decks. This gives me one page. Same topic. I read the page first and then the slides make sense.

The insulin page. Every type onset, peak, duration drawn on a timeline so you can SEE where they overlap. I've had that table in front of me for a year and never once could picture it. Now I can.
Your plan
Always know what to study next
Open it and your next task is waiting. After every practice set it names your weakest area and the guide that fixes it, so the minutes you have go where they count.
- A six-milestone path, one task at a time
- Your weakest area, named after every set
- Flashcards that come back right before you'd forget

I was flash-carding 200 drugs and forgetting all of them. The pharm guide groups them by mechanism and draws what the mechanism does, so the side effects stop being a random list.

Side by side, drawn, with the numbers. I had those two mixed up for an entire semester. Twenty seconds of looking at the page and they've been straight in my head ever since.

I have twenty minutes at 2 a.m. and a phone. A textbook is not happening. One drawn page is happening. My care plan grades went up, because I finally understand the why behind the interventions.
Came from construction management. I think in diagrams and flowcharts, and nursing school is delivered in paragraphs. This book is my translation layer. The acid-base page did in one picture what my professor did in ninety minutes.
I was three weeks behind, convinced I wasn't smart enough for this, and then I read four pages and understood four things. Being able to understand something again after weeks of not understanding anything is a feeling I needed.
The strips are drawn with "what do you do first" right underneath each one, which is exactly how the questions come. Then I bought Respiratory Failure and Shock because I'm in critical care rotation.
Being honest: the hand-drawn look threw me for the first two pages. By page three I got it the drawing is the point and the words are labels on the drawing. Four stars only because a couple of the smaller figures are tight on my phone. On the tablet they're perfect.
Not only it has all the notes but also a question bank. It is amazing.
I can start an IV in the dark. What I couldn't do was answer a question the way the test wants it answered — my brain kept going to “what would I actually do on my unit” instead of the textbook order. The priority pages fixed that. Seeing ABCs and Maslow drawn as a decision path made me realize the exam isn't testing whether I'm a good nurse, it's testing one specific order of thinking. Bridge program, full-time nights, two kids. This is the only resource that fits in the cracks of that.
Preceptor asked me to interpret a gas on day two of my rotation. I pulled up the acid-base page on my phone, walked through it, got it right, and she asked me to send it to her. That's the whole review. It's one page, it's drawn, and it works when you're standing in front of someone waiting for an answer.
